Previous students have received A's and B's, and that will always be the goal. My students typically got lost in math back in elementary school or junior high, and I am completely able and willing to teach those areas in the course of achieving an excellent grade in the algebra courses in which they are currently enrolled. And just to prove that algebra is a course in which I am completely qualified: I took it in college, not to meet my math requirement, but because I wanted to get an easy "A." Algebra is something that I have a natural understanding of, and I am quite skilled in relating that understanding to my students. My hourly rate varies depending on the course being tutored. My highest hourly rate is $50.00 per hour, and that would be for the most advanced courses. For less advanced courses, such as pre-algebra, the hourly rate is less than $50.00. And I am willing to negotiate on the price.
